Return & Exchange Policy – Craftooba
• Returns are accepted only in cases of physical damage to the product or if an entirely wrong product has been delivered. Please share complete unpacking video to be eligible.
• Cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Unpacking Video Requirement:
o The video must begin from the moment you open the sealed package.
o Any visible aggressive handling during unboxing that may cause damage will make the refund request ineligible.
• Packaging for Returns:
o The damaged or wrong product must be repacked in the same condition as received, with the delivery label, protective wrapping, cards, and box intact.
o Once a return pickup is arranged, our delivery agent will collect the item. We will initiate your refund on the same day the pickup is successfully completed.
• Wearable Products:
o For hygiene reasons, returns/exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused and unwashed.
o You must contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 business days for exchange requests.
• Customized Orders:
o All customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Sizing:
o Please read the size details carefully before placing your order.
o Any specific body measurements (e.g., wider bust, shorter arms, narrow shoulders) must be mentioned at the time of ordering.
o We cannot accept returns/refunds for size or fit issues that were not communicated in advance.
o For size customization, please contact us separately before placing your order.
